FloorCue Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of FloorCue, a practice support app for ballroom dancers operated by Orange Pixel Labs.

Using FloorCue

You may use FloorCue for personal practice planning, lesson notes, progress tracking, and competition preparation support. FloorCue does not provide medical advice, coaching certification, or guaranteed instructional outcomes.

No guarantee of results

Using FloorCue does not guarantee performance outcomes, rankings, placements, or competition results.

Subscriptions and billing

• Premium features may require a subscription.
• Billing is handled through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Entitlement handling may use RevenueCat.
• FloorCue does not store full payment card details.
• Manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple or Google account subscription settings. Restore purchases is available in the app where supported.

Music

• Song suggestions are metadata and search helpers only. FloorCue does not stream, download, distribute, or license music.
• You are responsible for obtaining rights for any music you use while practicing.

Accounts

Account creation is optional. If you create an account, you are responsible for safeguarding credentials and activity under your account. Sync requires an account when that feature is enabled.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse FloorCue, attempt unauthorized access, or use the app in ways that violate applicable law or these terms.
