Delete your account in the app
When signed in, you can delete your account from: Settings → Account → Delete Account.
Delete by email request
You can also request account deletion by emailing support@floorcue.app.
What deletion means
Deleting an account may delete or anonymize your account information, practice logs, progress data, and related app data.
Some records may be retained when required for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, or transaction record purposes.
App store purchase history is managed by Apple App Store or Google Play and may not be deleted by FloorCue.
Deletion requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe.
