FloorCue is operated by Orange Pixel Labs.

Information collected

Depending on how you use FloorCue, we may collect account information, practice and progress information, app settings, subscription status, and app diagnostics.

How information is used

We use information to provide and maintain FloorCue, save your progress, improve app features, respond to support requests, and protect the app and users.

Account information

If you create an account, we may store details such as your email address and account identifiers needed to sign in and manage your account.

Practice and progress data

FloorCue may store your practice logs, lessons, routines, goals, and progress data so your activity is available across sessions and devices where supported.

Subscription and purchase status

FloorCue may store subscription status and entitlement information needed to unlock paid features. Payment processing is handled by Apple App Store, Google Play, and/or subscription providers such as RevenueCat. FloorCue does not store full payment card details.

Analytics and diagnostics

We may use analytics and crash reporting to understand feature usage, troubleshoot errors, and improve reliability.

Push notifications

If enabled on your device, FloorCue may send notifications such as reminders or service messages. You can manage notifications in your device settings.

Third-party services/providers

FloorCue is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
